1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using any services operated by Mule Works Inc. dba Relay Work ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), including Relay Work (relaywork.co), Alfred TAV (alfredtav.relaywork.co), and Alfred CC (alfredcc.relaywork.co) (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms").

2. Description of Services

Relay Work

Our parent platform showcasing AI-powered automation solutions for content creation and business workflows.

Alfred TAV (Text, Audio, Video)

An AI-powered content creation platform that transforms written content into multiple formats including blog posts, podcasts, videos, and social media content through our intelligent assistant, Alfred.

Alfred CC

Our AI-powered customer communication platform for automated support and engagement.

3. User Accounts

• One account per user/organization across all Services
• You must be at least 18 years old
• Accurate information required for all registrations
• You are responsible for account security

4. User Content and Rights

4.1 Content Ownership

• You retain all rights to content you submit
• Generated content belongs to you
• You grant us limited license to process your content

4.2 Prohibited Content

You may not submit content that:

• Infringes intellectual property rights
• Contains harmful or illegal material
• Violates privacy rights
• Impersonates others without authorization

5. Voice and AI Services (Alfred TAV)

5.1 Voice Cloning

• Only clone voices you have permission to use
• Voice data processed securely via ElevenLabs
• Original recordings deleted after processing

5.2 AI-Generated Content

• We don't guarantee accuracy of AI output
• You must review all generated content
• You're responsible for how you use generated content

6. Communication Services (Alfred CC)

• Automated responses are AI-generated
• You must disclose AI usage to your customers
• Compliance with communication laws is your responsibility

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Violate any laws or regulations
• Attempt unauthorized access to our systems
• Use Services for spam or harassment
• Reverse engineer our technology
• Exceed usage limits

8. Payment Terms

• Subscriptions billed in advance
• Non-refundable except as required by law
• Prices subject to change with notice
• Service-specific pricing applies

9. Privacy

Your use is subject to our Privacy Policy. Key points:

• Data encrypted end-to-end
• We never sell your data
• You control your information
• Service-specific data handling applies

10. Intellectual Property

All Services, including Alfred TAV and Alfred CC technology, are owned by Mule Works Inc. and protected by intellectual property laws.

11. Disclaimers

• Services provided "as is"
• No guarantee of uninterrupted access
• AI outputs require human review
• No professional advice provided

12. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability limited to amounts paid in past 12 months. No liability for indirect damages.

13. Termination

We may terminate for Terms violations. You may cancel anytime. Data deleted 30 days after termination.

14. SMS/Text Messaging Terms

14.1 Program Information

Program Name: Relay Work SMS Alerts

By opting in to receive text messages from Relay Work, you agree to the following terms in addition to all other terms in this agreement.

14.2 Consent

By providing your phone number and agreeing to receive text messages, you consent to receive automated SMS messages from Relay Work related to:

• Service updates and notifications
• Appointment reminders and confirmations
• Account alerts and verification codes
• Promotional offers (if separately opted in)

Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchase. You may opt out at any time and still use our services.

14.3 Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your account activity and preferences. You may receive up to 10 messages per month.

14.4 Costs

Message and data rates may apply. You are responsible for any charges from your mobile carrier for sending or receiving text messages. Contact your carrier for pricing details.

14.5 Opting Out

You may opt out of receiving text messages at any time by:

• Replying STOP to any message from us
• Contacting us at hello@relaywork.co

After opting out, you will receive a single confirmation message. No further messages will be sent unless you opt in again.

14.7 Supported Carriers

Our SMS program is supported by major US carriers including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

We'll notify you of material changes via email or Service announcements.

By using any Relay Work service, you accept these Terms.
